Jean has been an invaluable member of our physiotherapy team for 27 years! Whether it is ensuring 10 years of in-house physiotherapy charts are organized and easily accessible, decorating our Christmas tree to perfection, or her attention to detail in completing our monthly physiotherapy statistics for years, Jean is steadfastly reliable, meticulous and dedicated to her volunteer role.
Jean always goes above and beyond; she notices what needs to be done and keeps patients at the forefront. She anticipates necessary exercise equipment and ice and ensures it is close at hand. Previous patients ask about Jean when no longer attending on “her days”. These intangibles represent and reinforce the patient-focused values of our department, and we are so very grateful for Jean’s contribution.
