Gretta Bradley – Guardian Angel

Gretta Bradley – Guardian Angel

Gretta Bradley was presented with an Angel Pin by Joy Delahunt, a former AGH-FVM Foundation Board member and volunteer, during the 3rd annual Paddle for Almonte General Hospital. Gretta has been a longstanding volunteer with the Hospital and has been helping to lead the organizing committee of the event for the past three years.

The Paddle for Almonte General Hospital event has grown into an enjoyable and successful fundraising event for the entire family with all proceeds going to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation.  The success of this event would not be possible without the hard work, commitment and leadership provided by Gretta and her team of volunteers.

Al Roberts, Managing Director of the AGH-FVM Foundation commented that Angel pins are awarded to individuals who have gone “above and beyond the call of duty in terms of supporting the Hospital.”

Pictured are Gretta Bradley and her team racing their homemade raft “The Grace O’Malley” named after an Irish Pirate Queen who was described as a fearless leader and a courageous woman.
